Questions buyers ask us first.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Items from our wholesale catalog are repacked with a simple label, from 100 bottles for 10 ml sizes down to 5 bottles for 1 L. Custom single oils start from 500 bottles, custom blends and creams from 100 kg, and hydrosols and aroma oils from 200 kg.
How do samples work?
Samples are paid and the fee is credited against your first bulk order: up to five stock oils at the 10 ml catalog price, or USD 50 per custom formula with two rounds of adjustment. Our lab confirms the date when your request is complete.
Can you create a custom blend for my brand?
Yes. Share a scent direction, a reference product or a mood board, and we will develop a blend and keep the formula on file for your reorders.
Which documents can you provide for import?
An SDS for every oil comes with your order. Batch COA and GC-MS are available on request, and we send certificates of origin and organic certificates for oils that hold them.
How long does production take?
Typically 10–15 days after artwork and samples are approved. Our production team confirms the exact date for each order before you pay the deposit.
How do I pay, and where do you ship?
We send a proforma invoice; 30% deposit to start and the balance before shipment, by bank transfer. Catalog prices are ex-works Guangzhou, and we can also quote FOB or delivered by sea, air or express.
